Staying alert on long hauls

I’ve been on the road for years and I can’t stress enough how important it’s to stay alert, especially during those late-night drives. With tight deadlines, it can be tempting to push through fatigue, but I’ve learned that taking regular breaks and using tools like proper cabin lighting makes a huge difference. I’m curious, what do you all do to combat fatigue on those long stretches?

I totally agree that cabin lighting helps a lot. I also keep healthy snacks like nuts or fruit handy; they boost my energy without the crash. Do you find you snack while driving?
