Ever Mistaken a Load for a Daily Special

The other day I was at a diner and overheard someone say ‘This meal is like a heavy load — it’ll weigh you down!’ It got me thinking about how I sometimes look at my freight like it’s on the menu. Last week, I had a load of furniture that felt like I was delivering a whole house! Anyone else see the humor in our daily grind like this?

I totally get what you mean about loads feeling like a diner special! I had a load of drywall last month that felt like I was hauling a buffet. Sometimes I joke that if I can survive this delivery, I deserve a slice of pie at the next stop.
