Piggybacking on @mwhite61, I call the night/weekend dispatcher before I commit — if they pick up and can explain the ‘breakdown/tow process’ and after-hours support, that’s a green light; some smaller fleets won’t have true 24/7, so decide if that tradeoff works for you.
